Now we have a new addition to announce.

On March 16th 2008 a new little monster joined the family.

Kestos Night Sky at Norderhove

aged 8 weeks came to join Poppy and Quali. Her call name is simply  Sky.

Here she is with her brothers and sisters.

Sky is on the left. Are they little angels or are those little ears really  horns?

Playing with Poppy                                                       Growing rapidly. Sky at 12 weeks old

( well sort of; they don't quite understand                                 You want me to come in? Forget it!

 each other yet.)

And now at 14 weeks, showing promise.

At just 6 months and 3 days old, Sky entered her first show.

Leeds Ch Show 2008

where she came 2nd in the Puppy class behind  a puppy 5 months older than her.

Judge's report: Mrs Ellen D Baird.

Quite a difference in ages between puppies. A lot to like about this puppy. Nicely boned. Head well proportioned. Tightly set on tail. Just needs time to mature and settle.

Hound Show 2008  Here she is at with her mother Ch Kestos Lyric and their breeder, Barbara Stokes.

Two weeks later she took 1st place in Puppy Bitch at the Hound Ch Show out of a class of 6, all much much older than her.

Judge's report: -Julia Swinburn

Kestos Night Sky at Norderhove, just over 6 months, what a "miss mischief" this young lady was, she did not help her handler one jot. When she did put her  movement together she was floating over the ground but my vision of this was limited. Super compact proportions, excellent head, correct eye and expression, in good jacket with correct shades from her mask to her breeches, lovely tight and small feet, firm pasterns. I shall watch her with interest.

(Sky on left, Lyric on right. Lyric won the Bitch CC)

At the same show, her grandfather Ch Kestos Kriega won the Reserve Dog CC out of the veteran class and her cousin Ch Kestos I Spy at Graythor won Dog CC and Best of Breed. A real family affair.
